MA in Communications and MBA in Hospitality Management graduate. I have started my professional journey with media and news companies more than 20 years ago. I worked as a junior journalist until I have caught the hospitality bug during my gap year in Sydney, Australia. Since then, I have devoted my career to the world of food, beverage, restaurants and hotels. I have worked with Hyatt International, Dorchester Collection and Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining, as well as private businesses and clients. Seven years ago I have moved my career from Operations to HR, People and Culture. Since then I continued expressing my passion for the industry with written word. I published articles, interviews with experts as well as venue reviews. I have contributed to numerous blogs, business websites and newsletters.
